This is sahil from Alphabetazone and in this tutorial I'll show you how to know how much time you spend on youtube .

First you need to click on the profile icon at the top of the page.

Then select 6th option "time watched" and here you can see that each day or weak how much time you spend on youtube app.

You can also select bed time mode in which youtube will remind you for bed time.

There is also option for take a break while watching videos .

Once you enable this feature youtube will remind you to take a break while watching video.

You can also select autoplay mode for Youtube videos.
