If you cannot view a video because it was age restricted, but you still want to view it, then there are a few solutions to fix this problem.

I will show you how to tweak YouTube settings and if it does not help I will show you another trick that will surely solve this problem and remove age restriction.

Just follow these steps.

First open your YouTube app and login to your profile if you haven't already.

Click on your profile picture at the top right corner.

Now select the setting option.

Then Go to "General" section.

Then scroll down and switch the toggle off next to "Restricted mode ".

If this doesn't help you still can't view age restricted video, then go back to the YouTube app main section and click on your profile pic at the top right corner.

Now click on manage your google account.

Then go to the " personal info " tab.

Click on "birthday" option.

Then click on pencil or edit icon next to your birthday and change it so that you would be over 18 years old to view the age restricted content.

After that click on "update" at the bottom right corner.

It's done.

Now you can view age restricted videos on youtube app.
